Wills

A Will is a legal document containing instructions as to the distribution of your estate and guardianship for your minor children after your death.

It is important to have a Will to ensure your wishes with respect to the distribution of your belongings and guardianship of your minor children are followed. Without a Will these decisions will be left to the law and courts to decide.

To be valid, a Will must follow specific legal formalities. An improperly prepared Will can result in decisions being made after your death that are not consistent with your wishes. Don’t take that chance, we will be happy to meet with you to discuss your wishes and to prepare a legally valid document for you. Use our online form to get started today!

The person you wish to appoint as your Trustee should be a person who you trust, is honest, is an adult, is capable of doing the work involved and will likely be available when needed. Your Trustee need not be a family member.
