BC Speculation and Vacancy Tax

There are Vacancy Taxes at all levels of government.   At the Federal level we have the Underutilized Housing Tax. At the provincial level we have the Speculation and Vacancy Tax, and at the municipal level, the City of Vancouver has what is colloquially called the Empty Homes Tax.
